What is mental health counseling/psychotherapy?
It is an interpersonal, relational intervention used by trained therapists to aid clients in problems of living.

What is the time frame of an individual or family session?
The majority of sessions last 50 minutes. The exception to this are EMDR sessions which typically are scheduled for 90 minutes.

What is the fee per session?
The fees are based on a sliding scale. The range of the scale depends on the credentials and level of expertise of our therapists. However, due to the diversity of our staff the cost is fair, realistic and adaptable to meet the financial status of any potential client.

Do you accept health insurance?
Yes, we currently are on the preferred list of many health insurance carriers. Insurance does not cover alcohol or drug classes.
